I was in a similar position to you 18 months ago, thought I was in a happy marriage we never argued, laughed about everything & he told me I had given him everything he had ever hoped for… But he up and left no conversation or real explanation I was totally blindsided by it all. Now 18 mnths out of the marriage I’m happy me and my kids are settled into our new routine enjoying the freedom of leaving dirty dishes sitting after dinner, cleaning the bathroom & it staying clean lol. Don’t get me wrong it is still hard, he has a new partner which has hurt me greatly & we still have to go through divorce (we haven’t spoke since he left the house) plus all the crap with the kids. All I can advise you is focus on yourself do what makes you happy everything will settle for you and you will be a stronger person for this. Best wishes to you xxx
