I started a Masters’s degree this year with the Open University. I cannot afford the 2nd year and the Postgraduate loan pays in segments of three terms, which means it doesn’t cover the cost of the fees initially.
It is also really hard to study for an MA. The second year looks super hard and daunting to me, so I need more time to read before embarking on the second year. I am going to take a couple of years out to work on blogging and then see where I am financially and if I can finish the rest of the degree.
