im sorry your going through this.

i have similar issues.

im still in the same house, do you know if you both have parental responsibility, if so she can’t stop you seeing having your son.

But it sounds similar to my situation she’s dictating and controlling, what would happen if u just pick your son up and took him out.

or suggested a split timetable for you both ?

I’m sorry your going through this, your children are lucky to have you.

You are awesome and I’m in the thick of it at the moment. I reach out to other parents at parks that my kids play with and ask if they want to

exchange numbers to let them know when we are next at the park and build from there.

Since last summer I’ve managed to get one friend for my son aged 8 and two sisters for my daughter aged 5.

Make time for yourself even if 5mins here and there, you have to have your cup filled to pour from it.
