Hello, I was also caring for my husband due to his mental health and when we separated we lived together for two months. The things he put me through I have now got PTSD from and getting therapy. It is now 3 years on and still struggling with the emotional attachment. I can’t emphasise enough to value yourself over his needs, I get that you want to help him for a bit longer but do not forget about yourself and the damage he has done. All the best
