    Hey, just a thought and it’s maybe not possible around work and other commitments, but would you be able to have your little one over for tea one night during the week? that way it’s not so long between seeing each other.  Whilst your little one is not there spend some time planning what you’ll do for the next time or doing something for yourself.  Do you exercise? i found it helped joining a gym when my little one was with his dad to keep myself fit and healthy then not going straight home from work to an empty house.  In time it’s nice to have a bit of your own space and some self-care definitely helps build healthy habits
