Good Morning everyone,
I’m very much in the same boat. 37 year old, father of one, struggling to come to terms with my upcoming divorce, and all the upset, complications and uncertainty that comes with it. The thought of losing so much time with my son tears me apart, and I’m feeling overwhelmed. I have days where I feel strong, others where I’m all over the place – I long for the day when this settles down without the constant rollercoaster of emotions. I fear that’s a long way off though. I’m reaching out much in the same way as you all.
