No she turned mediation down ages ago, that’s why court was the next step for me, and a parenting plan was a no go a while ago, could suggest it again

Bit of an update, advice needed, next court date is the 25th July, but over the last 2 months, me and the ex have actually started communicating, she wants me to knock on and see my bairn, have not seen her in 7 months, should I do it?, am nervous as hell, do I need to tell court or Cafcass?, she has now decided that court is not the best option, probably because over the last 4 months she has done a lot of emotional abuse on me, which is evidenced against and cafcass has this evidence, but I do wanna see my daughter sooner rather than later.., help..

Need some advice like, the ex is in another relationship, 2nd one in 6 month, and obviously I haven’t seen my little one in 6 months, but any Tom **** or Harry can?, is there anything I can do or just grin and bare it, as this will be confusing my little one

Been a month since I was on here, had another cafcass call yesterday, just to go through allegations made, seemed to go a lot better, it’s just hear say and things said In the heat of a argument, it’s been 6 months and a bit now since I last seen my daughter, how do mams and dads cope when it goes into years?, I can’t cope with 6 months!, I am overthinking all the time,

Mediation you could try, then fill out a c100 form, child arrangements order if court is the only way, I’m going through court now,

It’s only the beginning and it seems that it’s going to get harder, Cafcass and judge were all for the mam, petty accusations, I need to go to docs and ask for a letter about my mental health  status, as mam said I might be unstable…, am sorry if I’m not doing cartwheels down the high street!, I made no accusations, and for the past 5 weeks thinking I was taking a nice girl, turns out to be the exes new boyfriend and step daughter, that cut me in half, so I deleted the person, and today I gets another friend request and a message saying how did court go?, think I need councilling I really do, seems like mam can say what the hell she wants and dad just has to like it or lump it,

It went horrendous, accusations all over the shop, section 7 getting done, next court date 25th July 2022, no recommendations on seeing my daughter yet either, no wonder dads and mams give up at the first hurdle,

And can I get solicitor free on legal aid now, bearing in mind, there is no DV or social services involved, sorry for the questions, but for my situation legal aid only covered mediation, and nothing else, but now Cafcass are involved can I get a solicitor on legal aid, or am I doing this by myself still?

Thanks for the advice, I was seriously contemplating it, but yous are right, it might cause problems somewhere down the line, but she is my daughter too And I miss her terribly, it’s the hardest thing I have ever had to deal with, not so much the break up, just missing out on the precious moments your supposed to have with your baby, 😩, first words n all that, putting her to sleep, cuddles, my god it’s so hard.

Had my mediation this morning, the ex is going to point blank refuse it, on grounds of she does trust me to bring the bairn back, is that a good enough reason to refuse it

And apparently emotional harm is not an order I can put in against the mother on my daughter, according to SS I would have to make a allegation up for them to get involved

Otherwise I would have done it online, it’s hard to fill out like, but am getting mediation certificate next week, to state she turned it down, it’s all stress

I can’t afford the fees, so I had to print it off and write down the HWF number into it
