This May, we’ve teamed up with the creators of the 5k lockdown challenge, Run for Heroes, to bring you #5kMay!
How to take part?
- Any time between 1st and 31st May, move for 5 km (and that’s it!). You can do this by running, rolling, walking, cycling or hopping 5K over the course of the month – whatever floats your boat! (Socially distanced, of course!)
- Donate £5 to Gingerbread here
- Nominate 5 of your friends to take part too, remembering to tag us so we can share!
Once you’ve donated your £5, you’ll unlock a goodie bag packed full of rewards and treats from some epic brands.
Get involved as a team!
Why not mobilise your school, colleagues or sports club to get involved too? It’s the perfect opportunity to get a group together (virtually where necessary, of course) and encourage them to take part in 5K May, too.
