Thank you for your reply. Sounds like you’ve been through it all in the last 6 years!

So my ex doesn’t see our daughter anymore, he stopped seeing her after she played up for him on one of his weekends back in December, he told me he doesn’t want to see her until she can behave all of the time (this is a 4 year old we’re talking about!) I stopped receiving money from him directly after this, which is when I contacted the CMS. Yes I recieved Universal Credit and Child Benefit which do help, but to now go without any child maintenance every month is a struggle. So frustrating as I know he is working and earning a lot, he’s ignoring the CMS and won’t tell them anything about his earnings.

Hi, thank you for your reply. It’s such a common situation to happen, I’ve read so many blogs on single mums who have had this happen to and the CMS literally can’t do anything about it which I think is so unfair. I will contact the citizens advice and see that they suggest if anything. Thank you.
