Don’t doubt yourself, sounds like she is the one who will have regrets! You should be proud of yourself 🙂

I felt like this. I decided to force myself to txt an old friend I worried she wouldn’t want to know but it was the opposite, now we’re just where we left off all those years ago. And it encouraged me to contact different people or txt friends from work and go for a coffee ( I work from home too). It’s hard making the first move when you feel so low but it may work out well!? 🙂

Hi I have 2 boys both additional needs (1 a lot more than the other) when they were younger the only family member that would help  out from time to time was their dads mum, not very often though. I know what you’re going through and how hard it is. I even phoned social services  in tears asking for help, there really is none, not where I live. Is there any family your side or his side that you could speak to about it? Hang in there you’re doing the best you can in a very hard situation!

yes! My neighbour heard 14 year old lad shouting at me and told me it was dreadful the way he spoke to me. I somehow feel it’s my fault, I always do. I always tell myself don’t rise to it next next time and don’t argue back, but some of the things he says are so obnoxious and infuriatingly rude I can’t help but raise my voice , then I feel bad again ect.
