I really understand the feeling of being ‘with them’, like you’re an extra part of someone else’s life. The loneliness can be painful to live with but its good that we can adapt and find ways through it.

Hi..my son has just turned 10 and is definitely showing different signs of starting puberty.

He’s more emotional, plays up more and has developed a very challenging attitude and seems to getting taller by the day too!

It’s hard to know what is a result of hormones and what isn’t but it’s definitely normal for this age.

There’s a really interesting book I’d recommend called “Raising Boys” by Steve Biddulp which covers a lot of topics.
