Important news on the Gingerbread Single Parent Helpline!

Due to circumstances beyond our control, calls to the new freephone Single Parent Helpline number are currently only free from landlines and from the following mobile networks – 3, T-Mobile, Vodaphone, 02.

If you have a Virgin or Orange mobile phone, you should call the old Helpline number:

0800 018 5026

and you should not be charged for your call. Please check back regularly for when we are able to manage to sort out this problem.
