Child maintenance New information we've obtained from parliament unveils the scale of child maintenance debts across the country. Our national league table of shame reveals arrears in each parliamentary constituency. With the total debt mountain at £3.76 billion, we're calling for an arrears collection target to be set for the Child Support Agency.
