Do you want to join with us and help change the way that single parent families are treated? Do you want to be a more active part of Gingerbread, helping us to campaign more, and reach more people? Then why not help us by taking simple fundraising actions to help us raise money. 

Here are a few ideas for raising money for Gingerbread and having fun!


Car boot sale Clear your clutter, take a stand at a local car boot sale, have fun and donate the proceeds to Gingerbread. We have blank posters to pin on your sales table and leaflets to let people know about the services Gingerbread offers.

Carol singing and a collection in local pubs Do ask the landlord’s permission. Gingerbread can supply collecting cans and letters of authority.

Adopt Gingerbread as your charity at work or at school We can help you with information leaflets and sponsor forms.

Facebook Ask your friends to support Gingerbread and to become Gingerbread fans.

Night in with friends Have fun and donate the money you saved by not going out to Gingerbread.

Silence Get your children and their friends or classmates to hold a sponsored silence and donate the money to Gingerbread, sponsor forms available.
