Make Trax is a flexible, personalised programme for young single parents aged 16-29 who are not in employment or education and living in the Croydon area.
The programme offers single parents one-to-one support to create a regularly reviewed progression plan, which sets out ambitious but achievable goals. Make Trax is supported by Barnardo’s, Prince’s Trust and Asphaeleia.
