I totally understand how you are feeling. I work full time, look after 2 young kids myself and awaiting to go to court regarding a domestic incident involving my ex who was becoming increasing aggressive towards me. He has had no contact with his kids for months and made no effort. It’s exhausting , lonely but at same time I think you also have to think what is best for the kids and their well-being. I feel angry and frustrated at times with all the responsibilities being on myself. I have tried to focus on the positives and write down how I feel. Not sure am much advice but just so you know not alone!
