Hi there I felt compelled to write back when I read this. My husband left my two sons and me 16 months ago. Sometimes it feels like an uphill battle. The hurt and violation is something I am sure you can understand and is so so difficult to deal with.
We moved city. Is that a possibility? We needed to get away due to the circumstances surrounding his behaviour and it is the best thing we could have done. Cannot imagine living so close to him. It must be hard.
i get my down days but I find myself thinking of them less and less. You won’t notice it. You may just stop talking about it as much or waking up with it being your first thought. Take care.
