    Hi there

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I can definitely remember the pain…it was an overwhelming debilitating physical pain.

I too lost my soul mate and best friend. He just upped and left after what I thought were 16 good years and 2 children. Don’t get me wrong we had our ups and downs but nothing major. Then one day totally out of the blue he told me he didn’t love me and it turns out he was seeing someone at his work.

Two years on anf the pain isn’t overbearing or consuming. I just feel sad now we’re no longer a family unit. He is still with her and doesn’t look particularly happy! I have an amazing relationship with my children and I’m in a job that I love and will hopefully allow for financial independence.

It will not resonate right now that time will help. You will in time forge your own path in life without him. It will definitely be scary at times but this will allow you to understand your own self worth and definitely make you stronger!

Take care. One day at a time. You’re worth so much more than he is making you feel right now. Xx
