Hi seaside thankyou for your reply , in some weird way knowing we are not aloe helps ,it is so draining and hard to get anyone ie family friends to understand, I work in construction so my days are long and currently iam going work and my son isn’t getting up and going it’s just another big stress ,

You are not alone you have two children don’t be hard on yourself iam sure you do fantastic, take them to a forest walk and make memories, honestly enjoy those ages because teenagers are a nightmare loll

And thank you for the info on the group chat for dad’s I will look into it

Thankyou for responding means quite alot actually and I always feel alone so good to know iam not if you get me loll
