So is there a court order or not? I think that what Rose, was trying to get at? If both parents are on the birth certificate, it is 50/50. Only issue I can see is that if your son not in danger and is going to school etc, I doubt there much you can do?

Hi Jennifer. Hopefully some one who been through this can help? I can only recommend going to your local citizens advice center. Have you spoken to the school your eldest goes too?

No problem. Maybe your not entitled. Your UC will stop if you give work up too. So be careful
