Your feelings are appropiate but its classic goading.  Please try not to react, that would be pointless anyhow.  Vent to your friends and get it off your chest you’ll feel better then simply ignore. Dont allow him to lodge rent free in your mind simply refocus, swear and think what do you want?  Focus on you because that’s the only thing you can do.  He’ll behave how he chooses to and the same applies to you.  Time is precious so don’t allow him to take yours.  It hurts, it’s unkind but it’s out of your control but your future isn’t.  Piece of paper and pen. 3 things you can change and 3 things to do to make you happy and smile.

    Hi

I just wanted to say I hear you and understand.  Co-parenting with a narcassist did make me giggle.  The foundations of that would be trust, respect, equal input and balanced decisions regarding your daughter from you both.   A crap ship to sail and choppy waters for you both unfortunately so hold her close and be gentle through the rip tides and keep treading water.  You’re not alone.  Just keep doing what you’ve been doing and let her do the things she triumphs at and give a a massive smile.  Have a very Happy Easter.
