Your wellbeing

Single-parent wellbeing

Booking the doctor’s appointment whilst cooking dinner, supervising maths homework whilst doing the dishes – being a single parent means double the mental load.  If you’re feeling burned out, and like you always come last, welcome to Gingerbread’s wellbeing space.

What does wellbeing mean for you?

Just as we all have our own different sources of stress, the definition of wellbeing is unique for each of us. For some of us, it’s physical exercise or relaxation techniques, but for others tackling our finances or decluttering an untidy corner of the house can help us feel calm and in control.

Improve your wellbeing – at your own pace, in your own way

Members of Gingerbread’s single-parent community can access exclusive live sessions with experts to help you get on top of every area of your life.
