Rrr I’m so sorry to hear that! The question for me is will he continue paying rent and the bills, men are not my favourite people at the moment, poor kids too, my kids 9 and 7 suffered when there dad vanished soon as we split up, yes I think u need to apply for some kind of  benefits if u can and just don’t depend on him to carry on paying rent and bills, hope you and the kids are sorted soon, use all deserve so much better! Hey Anthony87 hope things get better for you soon, I can understand the frustration sort of, child maintenance has been a nightmare for me, iv been waiting 8  months for them to take something from my ex while he was working an now he’s on benefits I’m only going to be getting £7.00 a week which will only cover the cost of one of my sons haircuts, we have 2 boys 7 and 9 and iv had nothing from him since we split up. It’s frustrating.

I feel your pain with this one! So frustrating isn’t it, 7 months we haven’t been together an 7 months iv not had a penny off him for our two boys, child maintenance arnt doing very well getting anything from him either, I feel stuck, he can’t be bothered to be a dad so the least he could do is pay for his kids. Hope u solve this soon an get what your owed x
