Remember everyone has bad days even when you are in a couple with someone

it is very difficult not moving on when your ex is … but you will do … it’s a journey and it sounds like you have come a long way already x

Totally agree it does make it worthwhile in the end and that’s what keeps me going too 😌

I can empathise with that,  my ex partner does not see my son and it’s so hard doing everything on your own …. But the exes will be the ones with the regrets x

I understand, and empathise … loneliness is difficult, but there are a lot of kind people and you’ve made a good start  … keep talking and checking in with people it’s s good start and be kind to yourself 🙏😌

I think so Busmsn. Its important to stay positive. There will always be ups and downs  in life whether you have a partner or not it’s important to be there for your children and try and join some social groups

Hi I’m a single parent and have been for 6 years now but it’s hard to chat and meet people in a similar situation as all my friends are married with children

I am also an older mum of 52 with an 11 year old so most people my age have grown up children

it would be nice to hear from some people if interested in saying hello
