Hello HeartofGold, that sounds very difficult, how is she once she’s calmed down? Is she able to speak about any of her feelings? Is she ok when she has to get ready to go to her fathers?

It isnt easy. I try to keep busy with stuff that’s not so easy to do when little ones are there, meeting up with friends, or even  just the laundry, food shopping etc, anything that makes the time go quicker & gets jobs out of the way to free up time for later.

Hello Nay, Dashiki’s right about nursery clothes getting trashed, second hand is a good idea if you’re able to find somewhere close to you, that you can buy them from. I’ve bought quite a bit from Charity shops and car boots, sometimes they even have their tags still on. Ebay is good for kids shoes as well.
