Thank you dannii009, I appreciate you replying. This is all new to me so it’s very scary.
we don’t have a mortgage as such, my ex husband’s dad loaned us the money for the house and we pay him back each month. But it comes out of my ex’s bank account like the bills. So I’ve not had any responsibility for any type of payments, I just paid my husband so much towards it all each month.
