We are registered with CMS, they calculate the payments, that’s not the problem, the main parent has to confirm the nights they stay, if they don’t, the only redress is solicitors or court. You can’t prove they are with you, they won’t allow the children to confirm, which I understand. It’s a flaw in the system, a very unjust flaw.
