How is it going? When is the hearing? My situation is the same. He seems them many times a week, 1 night overnight but wants more and more and more. My son is 12 and wants no change and my daughter is 10 and wants no change. I will have to fight it out in court if it comes to that. He is an unhappy man who only thinks about himself and not works for the children. I am hoping the court will see that last 6 years the kids have flourished and making any changes is just not in their welfare.
