Talk to the school they should be really helpful at putting you in touch with relevant help etc

they may even offer the kids someone to talk to in the school setting

    Hi

I don’t come on here much, not because I don’t want to but because I have a very challenging 3 year old and if I get the chance to rest, I’m done lol

Keep on to the CMS, CMS have new powers since this year and should be using them the Child Maintenance Act 2023  and Domestic Violence Act 2023 which recognises witholding maintenance as financial abuse

    look it up

on the gov website and if CMS don’t act go see your local MP because they should be using these powers

Same here too, my child is 8 and her dad decided no contact after a few months, his mum and dad continued contact until she was 6 then they decided to stop as well because their support upset him!

My child asks sometimes about him, I just say he lives too far away from us

but she’s autistic so no idea of distance anyway

    Hi NM1986

your kids just need you and hopefully a de-stressed you There is so much fun in making up stories or cheap arts and crafts, hopefully the weather will stay nice so you can get outside

A decent life does not have to mean financially although I do understand your frustration in that

I get stressed very easily lately and not really found a way to get out of it apart from just trying to get on with things

Its so hard, it really is, I wish I had wiser words for you
