Sorry to read about your loss. It must have been a tough time for all of you.  More than happy to chat/listen if you need/want it. I have a 10 yr old girl and find that she wants to feel listened to more than anything else. Any of the pre-teen attitude is usually covering up something and nothing that a hug and listening can’t fix.  Sounds like you’re already doing a great job if you’ve recognised that this could be tricky for her x

I can completely relate to this. I have no relationship with my partner. We live separate lives in the house as it’s in a bad way so won’t sell, and I can’t afford rent to leave. I am always hopeful for a lottery win! He does next to nothing with the kids and contributes nothing to the house. Not sure I can give you much advice, but always here if you need an ear!
