Thank you for all your replies. I was having a really bad day yesterday but I’m hoping today will be better. I suppose I just need to realise that there is a life past him but when you’ve been with someone since you were a kid it just doesn’t feel like that.

Yes that’s what he has said to me but it doesn’t make it any easier and I keep questioning myself wondering why I couldn’t make him happy. He has told me he still loves me but isn’t ‘in love’ with me and that he still finds me attractive, so I just can’t work out why he is so adamant that he doesn’t want to make it work or try and rekindle the feelings we used to have.

I just hope I can try and rebuild my life for our girls sake.
