Help to buy schemes are very tricky. I suggest to take your mortgage contract to the lawyer whom can advice you on legal path you will have to undertake to retain the property.

Court more likely will be looking into your finances and agreements made between you and ex partner to ensure your morgate settlements are upto date and will remain to be paid in future.

Yes, I have asked for child maintenance payments today and meeting up with my ex over coffee to agree to the sum sometime next week, hope it goes well. At prsent, he doesn’t support an idea of paying towards our child needs.
