This week I have been left on my own and now a single mum after nearly 20 years with my husband and a 10 year old with suspected autism it’s hard… all I can say is one day at a time … you will get there and you can do this … there is supoort financially out there and its hard and scary but you can do it … this week I’ve been to hell and back but just thinking it’s only day 3 and look what I have achieved…. even your routines and way of doing things will change this week I can’t even watch something on TV if it was our show so I totally understand how you feel keep going and have faith in yourself xx
