Thank you. I’ve read the information.  I’ve applied to court now as we’ve tried mediation and arbitration is too expensive.

Thanks, I have suggested this but he refuses! He comes to see her on a Tuesday 3-7.30pm and because he has to drive both ways, thinks he’s doing his bit although that’s his only full day off!

His family ate in Scotland and my parents don’t like driving long distances so I wouldn’t ask them x

It sounds like he is being very unreasonable and a toxic person to be around.  Maybe he will just have to see them in a contact centre.  You are not being over cautious.  If he has been abusive to you, he can be abusive to them too.  I hope you have managed to get some advice.
