I don’t have any other family , I had to cut contact with my dad he lives miles away I moved away from him. But anyway erm yeah he contacted me today to tell me he was packing my stuff. (Whatever’s left) I had a photo tile made for my mums birthday with me and him on and it had come today in the post. He said he saw this and it broke his heart. He already has 2 teenage kids from a previous relationship so says he needs to focus on them. He said if I still want him part time occasionally that’s all he has to offer. (Like he’s gods gift or something) he suffers with mental health and ocd and intrusive thoughts and this is what he was hiding behind, saying he’s not mentally stable for all this and he’s just been hiding it well about how Ill he is . Thing is I know him I know his traits and his little ways he’s hiding behind that for sure. But can’t say too much without him saying I don’t take his condition seriously. Honestly just fed up of hearing it. X

im sorry to hear you went through this too, what you’re saying really does sound like you’re talking about my life.
my babies father says he needs to put himself first. He tried to contact me today saying we need to be adult about this. I always was. I have some support my mum however she’s on life support currently with heart failure so already this year is going dreadful. I just hope I find the strength to get through because currently I’m so emotionally drained. X
