    Hi

If it goes to to court – I am sure they will speak to your children and get their feelings on things on what they would like. Only if your children are old enough I think around 12 years.

Also if it goes 50/50 – I don’t think your ex will have to pay anything as it is 50/50 custody.

I know it’s so frustrating and I feel for you.

    Hi

    I too went to CMS.

My little girls dad is self employed and for the last year and half his payments have not been consistent.

I went to CMS in the hood they would help but I feel they are just taking his word for it for what he has put on his tax form.

The first figure was pretty low – they received his earnings from HMRC and they had on record 140 per week. I contested this – it took my ex longer to send in his new tax form they gave more time to send it in. The next figure they came back with his earnings are 2ok per year. His self employed and has been self employed for 4 years. I know this is not his earnings – he earns more.

His life style would not match his income of 20k.

This is all new to me – what are divends?

Anyone taken this to tribunal or appeal?

    Hi

I am pretty sure your 3 month old is too young to stay away from you. At that age it should be day time contact.

Don’t quote me on this but I am pretty sure I am right.
