If you take 50:50 rights which you are entitled too, then you don’t need to pay any maintenance as you are then having the kids just as much as her therefore you are then both equal. If she disagrees there’s nothing she can do but take you to court where they will rule this themself. Maybe worth a shot? Sounds like she’s been difficult on purpose!
