Sorry to hear you’re struggling. All I can really say is take your time. Don’t rush to find someone else. Concentrate on yourself and your son until you’re more settled.

Set boundaries with your ex. He chose to move out so it’s not longer his home but it is your and your son’s home. Also, contact social services. They have been lovely and reassuring with me.
