Yeah when I have previously signed up to CM they took up bailing action but he said he was living at his sisters which he wasn’t so there was nothing they could do.
I still haven’t heard from CM, but now it’s a new claim, I’ve sent a complaint form as it’s been 3 month now surely they should be able to do something as I know he is definitely at this address he just doesn’t have any bills at this address .
meow your child’s dad sounds like a charmer ! £4000 in debt wow no hope they get him and take him for every penny ! It’s so frustrating !

I’m in a similar situation but my child had 4 years with his dad before he decided he couldn’t be bothered to see him anymore , so in that time they had created a bond. Now my son is pretty heartbroken and confused at why his dad doesn’t want to see him anymore or his other children. ( my sons half brothers and sister ). It’s so hard I have tried to explain he has so many other people who love him to bits, but it’s stil so frustrating when the bond has already been created and he can just disappear and forget like that. These deadbeats will regret this when they see their children doing well in life without them knowing that had nothing to do with them !

Thank you it really is hard to know what to do for the best, is keeling him away from the upset going to do him

good or will he resent me in the future . I wil try the book and see , at the moment his dad hasnt bothered with him for weeks but I’m sure he will pop in again at some point when he feels like it
