Hope you’re doing ok, I completely understand where you’re coming from, I’m in a similar situation, my ex hasn’t seen my kids for two years, had a baby with someone else, moved away god knows where, and hasn’t sent any texts cards nothing, or paid a penny for either of his kids since we split 3 and a half years ago, which apparently I can’t claim cms because I don’t know his whereabouts/job etc? I also looked into changing my kids last names but can’t do it without the other “parents” 🙄 consent before 18 (that’s what I was told anyway) sorry not much advice to give, I just wanted you to know you’re not alone, and I understand completely how frustrating it is! xx
