    Hi I’m really glad all your children are all happy with you, a massive achievement in itself mate!

    While they are at school can you join a gym or go out for walks/bike ride this can help with mental state and in meeting people.

    Have you checked the local gingerbread groups local to you to meet people in similar situation.

    Hi I’m very sorry your in this situation.

    Would he consider couples councilng or similar?

    I’ve recently had the same thing from my wife and the pain is immense I’ve been struggling to sleep, eat and generally function but I’ve joined a gym which is helping and I’ve been seeing a councilor to talk things through, sadly on my own as my wife says there is no point we are done.

    I’m doing the above to keep my head straight as possible for my children who I love very much.

    Do you have any local friends and family to lean on at all ?

    Try looking for a local gingerbread group also.

    You are not alone and don’t ever suffer in silence if you would like to message me feel free.

    Hi im really sorry to hear your going through this!

    Has she given reasons or is she open to working through anything she shes as a issue.

    My wife recently did the same to me and the pain, confusion was immense I have been struggling to eat or sleep well worrying about my children etc but I’ve tried everything I can think of to save our marriage and sadly it’s all one sided.

    If you would like to message to chat through anything please do so.

    @primaryTA

    I’m really sorry that you are going through this and your son is suffering with anxiety, it can be crippling have you seeked advice from a doctor at all.

    Have you any family you can confide in and get support from.

    I hope your husband sees that although he’s finding it hard that he needs to support you all while working through his own problems, he could see a councilor to discuss what is making him angry etc if open to this.

    I’m.sorry I  can’t be more help but know there are people who care and it will get easier day by day.
