Thanks a lot, I hope that one day he will come to terms with that fact that his dad will never live with us again. I am trying to let him understand that people have different kinds of families some people live with their mums only, some with dads only, others with grandparents, others with Aunts and Uncles but all families are special. And he is beginning to appreciate that.

Hullo, I am a single mother of an adorable 5yrs old. It’s almost 3yrs now but boy still cries for his dad, he becomes clingy whenever he meets my male friends to the point of wanting them to bathe him and read bed time stories for him. I just don’t know what to do.
