Yep I had the same thing as I was working 16 hours and had to go for weekly meetings just to tell them the same things over and over again…. Lucky my work could up my hours and I was going to be working 24 but not until my daughter could start her 30 hours at preschool but until that point probably 2 months or so I had to have weekly calls and meetings with them which was absolutely pointless! they told me if I didn’t up my hours I would be sanctioned through payments which only puts the pressure on and makes you more stressed, luckily my mum can help a few days a week with pickups from school and preschool but someone without family or childcare near single parents must struggle massively as there is limited jobs only for school hours
