Thanks Oliver yeah I totally agree there does seem a lack of understanding by the CSA or the system to support both parents and its frustrating. The good willing dads seem to be tarred by the bad ones who do nothing for their children. Its daft that a mother can say and do whatever they want and its true yet we have to pay to go to court to prove our point or get equal access.

Unfortunately I will just have to struggle along until the day comes where I do not have to pay CSA just means I cannot provide as much for myself or daughter but a sacrifice I will have to make hopefully our children will understand.

Thanks Busman, Yeah I’ve already done that too! When can your children decide where they want to be. The only fear I have is it appears that even if my daughter came to me the CSA would need me to go to court to prove I have her, which again is another expense.
