Sorry, difficult to explain fully in short messages. All allegations etc were submitted to the court by our barristers. So nothing new at the hearing. But I now feel I was encouraged not to goto into the court and compromise instead and when I say enocuraged; critical comments about my body language and alike so knocking my confidence in a already very stressful situation.
CAFCASSS reported that they had no concerns about the welfare of our children, so no section 7 report.
No abuse or drug; my take is that my ex is simply trying to minimise my time with our children for here interests; instead of putting our childrens best interests first and that also this about money as well.
