Hi. I am a single mum to 4 girls ages between 19 -5 years. My husband punched my then 15year old (not biologically his) last November and we have been on our own since then. He sees our 2 younger daughters but I am not allowed contact with him.

I have spoken to my housing officer and they said I will have to go through the courts to take his name off of the tenancy

I’m hoping to extend his bail condition that he can not come near the property but don’t know if I can.
