    Hello All again,

I agree that the demands of having teens can really push you! Doing everything alone all the time, with zero support or time out, is super tough.  I miss not having someone else to give a second opinion about certain things or situations that arise.
Does anyone else feel like the responsibility of doing and thinking about everything is never ending and overwhelming at times? I hate being in this situation and have just had enough of feeling bitter.   I’ve had no choice about being in this situation.  Neither my children nor I are happy about living in this limbo situation and it’s just a bit of a sad atmosphere .  The only happy person is my ex who is living his best life every single day.
Any tips on how to get through this anyone?!  I hope life becomes easier at some point.
Sending you all a supportive hug 🤗

    Hello Lissy!

Welcome to the club that nobody really wants to be a member of I guess!

I’m based near Putney. Where do others live?

    xx

    Hollo! 👋

I have been a totally single mum to 2 teenage girls for a year now.

It would be absolutely lovely to find others who have unfortunately found themselves in the same position  as me. I definitely prioritise my children but it would be so nice to find like-minded single parents who would like to chat / support each other / listen and maybe even meet up to just extend our social circles and enjoy a bit of adult company!

We should all arrange a low key drink / zoom if we dare! That’s quite a scary suggestion to even write, but then it’s quite scary being so lonely too parenting alone.  😊

    Hello everyone!

I am also in west London and have been a totally single mum to 2 girls for a year now.

I don’t know anyone in the same position as me and would love to meet some other similar mums.

Where in west London are you all? Slightly dreading the festive period and would be amazing to have a little support network with you all! 😊
