She’s very up and down and i am concerned for the children’s long term mental health. I’m going to seek advice from a solicitor to see whether I could get at least half custody and provide a home for them until they’re old enough to make their own decisions.

I have reported her to child services before and they basically told me to stop harassing them and if I really think the kids are at risk or in danger to phone the police…

Amazing, thank you. Applied via universal credits, hopefully i am entitled to some help,  I don’t feel as if I earn enough to counteract what the cost of living reflects today. I literally cannot survive.

Hello, thank you for your message. Yes my ex wife and children still live at the property. I phoned CSA and the guy i spoke to seemed to think that a person within CSA made the decision that I l should still pay the full amount. They then mentioned that my ex partner had told them we had an agreement that I would always pay the mortgage – crazy how they take their word against the person paying for it all. I have appealed again, but feels like I’m constantly having to fight and chase. Do you know if this is something a solicitor could help against? thanks, Tom
