Freelance Trainers Required
Are you an experienced Trainer/Facilitator?
Do you have experience of providing training to single parents with a goal of getting them ready for employment?
Are you able to travel to different locations in and around London and South East?
If so we’d love to hear from you.
Gingerbread has over 100 years experience of supporting single parent families and we pride ourselves on delivering high quality training and support to enable single parents to gain meaningful employment and acquire the necessary interpersonal and resilience skills to remain in work.
At peak delivery points we want to use Trainers/Facilitators to support delivery and we’re establishing a pool of experienced Trainers/Facilitators to support who can be available to deliver in and around London and the South East.
If you feel that you have the relevant background, a good understanding of the issues faced by single parents wanting to return to work and can provide the right level of training and support; then we would like to hear from you.

Learning and Development Advisor
3 month fixed term contract
Part time 2-3 days a week
£30,000 per annum FTE pro rata

Fantastic opportunity for a learning and development professional to work for the UK’s leading single parent charity. The successful candidate will lead on the design and development of a range of training programmes used by our delivery teams across the UK to support single parents to progress to further education, employment or professional training. Our programmes really make a difference to the lives of single parents.
Ideally from a employability and skills background, the successful candidate will have end to end design, development, delivery and evaluation experience with strong facilitation and coaching skills.
Applications will be reviewed upon receipt and interviews will be held on a continual basis until a suitable candidate is appointed.
