If you have been out of education, work or training for a year, then Talent Match London can support you to work toward your career goals by building skills, confidence and motivation through volunteering, training and employment opportunities.
Talent Match is a course being delivered by Gingerbread, in partnership with London Youth and funded by Big Lottery. It’s aimed to help young single parents get back into work, education or training.
On the course, you will have the freedom and time to explore your options and decide what direction you want to take with work, training or education in the future. Through personalised one-to-one support, the course helps to build skills, confidence and motivation through volunteering, training and work experience opportunities. There will also be the chance to take part in social activities, group sessions and excursions.
