This is certainly RELAPSE of PTSD, which i think is worsened by COVID.  Since COVID IS not going to be around for long (hopefully) , your symptoms are relative so i advise u to seek help from your GP and perhaps few sessions of CBT will improve your condition.

    Hi wonderful,

Hope you and your little one are safe and healthy.

I totally feel for you as i am also in the same situation as yours for the last 6 months , yes even before COVID-19 started. I have 3 yr old and no family support.

First of all we need support for our anxiety/depression/mood swings or any help to minimize STRESS.

Secondly we need to start looking at our finances, so far things like taking mortgage holidays/ loan holidays/ cancel unnecessary direct debits will give temporary relief.

It worth giving a call to your local HUB and seek advise on these.

Hi Becki, as far as children are concerned they are still safe to travel even with asthma.
if you can keep your daughter with you for time being, that would be great but if your husband insists on visits then
try  to keep it once a week visit Until this virus start to show signs of  declining Which will take at least another 3 to 4 weeks.

As always fallow strict hand hygiene procedures wherever you  go. Hope this helps.

I  think that should be fine as long as your baby sitter does what she is expected to do in maintaining good hand hygine and other stuff.

That is completely wrong of your employer. you are entitled to 14 days or more , this in itself a big service to the community and our country. If your employer insist on that, then ask them to give it in writing. I bet they won’t.

I myself work in NHS and i totally agree with your concerns and it is only appropriate for you to look after the children. Children carry low risk with covid virus but they are known to be carriers. They can easily transmit virus to you and others.
